Sponsors are individuals or businesses who help the Callanwolde Concert Band present concert performances year-round in the metro Atlanta area.

  • The band has a tiered sponsorship program based on a financial contribution range

  • All financial, material, and in-kind contributions are highly valued and greatly appreciated.

  • The band is registered with the IRS as a Section 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization so donations may be tax-deductible. Consult your tax preparer to confirm.

    All sponsorships are valid for a year from initiation.

Sponsor Levels

    • Oral Recognition at each concert performed

    • Full-page ad in each concert program

    • Appreciation plaque

    • Acknowledgment on the band’s social media presence on a quarterly basis

    • Individual or company listing on our band’s website with:

      o  Company’s Logo with a website hyperlink

      o  (if desired) Photos of the company employees volunteering or attending events

      o  (if desired) Company’s mission statement and goals for the partnership

  • 1/2-page ad in each concert program

    Certificate of Appreciation

    Individual or company listing on the band’s website with the Company’s Logo with a website hyperlink

    Acknowledgment on the band’s social media presence on a semi-annual basis

  • 1/4-page ad in each concert program

    Individual or company listing on the band’s website

    Acknowledgment on the band’s social media presence on an annual basis

  • 1/8-page ad in each concert program
